This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Emergess subscriptions.

1. Refund Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Emergess, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are only available within 14 days of the initial payment. Renewal charges are non-refundable. Requests made after the 14-day window will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Emergess until the end of your current billing period.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.
