You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Data Collection
No personal data is collected outside of the platform, and all information is used only to support the functionality of Emergess. Emergess does not sell, share, or use your data for any purposes other than providing the service.
4. Cookies
Emergess uses cookies strictly for essential application functionality. These cookies are required to ensure secure authentication, maintain user sessions, and enable core features of the platform.
Emergess does not use cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics purposes.

You agree not to misuse Emergess in any way, including but not limited to: using the platform for illegal activities, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, reselling or redistributing the service without permission, or uploading harmful, offensive, or malicious content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
